Speaking of age …

I’m thinking the target age for Nabisco’s 100-calorie packs must be, well, older.

A dearth of vending machine offerings – OK, and a lack of planning – had me choosing a 100-calorie pack of Wheat Thins Chips minis for breakfast. Good thing I also had a banana, because 0.77 ounce of cracker chips was something less than filling.

Anyway, the packages feature 100 healthy living tips, and today I got #80: “Make fitness fun by creating a CD of your favorite tunes and listening to it during your walk or run.” My first thought was, a CD? Why would you not just download them onto an MP3 player?

For those who find even iPods in the way, I saw a nifty solution at the gym last night: A woman had hers strapped behind, at the base of her neck.
