One more

If you pray, please add one more prayer for our soldiers.

A short while ago, my husband came inside and said a military vehicle was parked outside our neighbor’s house. Their son has been killed in Iraq.

I used to be so happy that we lived in a time of peace. When the Sept. 11 attacks came, I was angry my children would not know such peace. I don’t know what the future holds now. There is no end in sight.

The military vehicle just pulled away. I can’t help but wonder where it’s headed.
