
I apologize for adding to the stream of food pix, but I know some of you are overflowing in zucchini. See these cute little slices sweating out their water? They’re about to become zucchini oven chips, which I’m making for the second time right now. (http://www.myrecipes.com/…/zucchini-oven-chips…)

Follow the recommendation to salt the slices and let them stand, and eliminate the seasoned salt in the dredge.
