Checked out City Market, which doesn’t look like something you’d find in Bay City. It calls itself an indoor farmers market, which is accurate enough, but the stall I likely will visit most often is The Petal Boutique. I love being able to buy flowers and greens by the stem and build my own arrangements. For this one, I knew I wanted yellow and needed tall for my most recent Goodwill vase acquisition; bells of Ireland was a bonus.
