Recently I was searching for an “eye lag bolt” at my mate’s request. I sent him this shot with the word “Help.”

I was at Ace Hardware in downtown Midland, which has proven its value to me many times over. The bolt in question was for a gambrel hook, which I had no clue how to find, so I went to the help desk. Person 1 asked me to repeat what I said, making me wonder if I had the right phrase, but Person 2 knew exactly what I needed. “For hanging deer? Sporting goods.” I thanked him and headed to the familiar corner. Love this place.
