Saw this in Ann Arbor when I was dropping off my daughter, who says the place is a bed and breakfast that often sports seasonal decorations. A friend later told me he had stayed a night there and the very nice hosts had a retro toy collection and other cool stuff in the common rooms, but no inflatables inside.
