Need hostas? I was driving home and saw a sign by a driveway on East Ashman, between Waldo and Swede. This friendly gentleman divides and repots his own hostas every year, then sells them for $3 each, a quite good price. There are plenty left; he potted 139 just yesterday, and more than 300 between his yard and his son’s. He also has primrose, mint and two kinds of chives, and if you seem inclined to linger he’ll probably walk around his yard with you and talk about how he uses bobbleheads to keep robins from nesting in the decorations.
