One of my high school literature students illustrated his Fahrenheit 451 assignment.

It’s posted near my desk now, along with his fireman. I have another student who doodles mythical protective creatures on classwork and some of those also go up.

UPDATE: Today he noticed I had posted his work on my cabinet and he was startled but pleased. His final project assignment, unlike most of the class, is to create an illustrated original story set in this world; I don’t know which of us is more excited at the prospect.
