Beautiful, isn’t it? This is my old iPhone 7 Plus and the handmade burl wood and resin case I got for it from Carved, a small artisan shop in Elkhart, Ind. When I ordered a new phone the other day I went back to Carved.com to order a new case to fit.

I’m not very object-oriented, but I want maximum pleasure out of the things I have to have. My mate has gotten used to purple kitchen tools.
