Butterfly Diary, 03292026 edition

These photos are from my March 25 volunteer shift at Dow Gardens’ annual Butterflies in Bloom exhibit, where I tend the emergence cases.

A blue morpho, so named because the top side of the wings is a beautiful blue. They also have a lovely flight pattern:
